conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic & International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For domestic shipments (Italy), we choose BRT and SDA and the delivery time is about 2/3 business days in all the country. All the orders are tracked and we can provide you the tracking code after the order is done. So, you can easily track your order and see where it is. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
For International shipments (Europe), we choose UPS and SDA and the delivery time is from 2 days with UPS to a week with SDA. The choose of these two methods depends if your country is covered by their services or not.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hardcore Techno Stuff is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Hardcore Techno Stuff is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Hardcore Techno Stuff does not accept return policy. If you have any problem with your order please feel free to contact us and explain your doubts about it. We will do everything we can to help you.
